When will I get paid?

We give our merchants 30 days to respond with their approvals/declines. Your dashboard will update automatically at the end of the month. We then have 15 days thereafter to pay affiliates.
This means we pay automatically on a 45-day cycle if you have reached the minimum threshold. The minimum threshold is R500 for South African Affiliates, or $100 for anyone outside South Africa.

I can't log in

If you are struggling to log in, check that you are using the correct email address and password combination. If you are using the correct email address, click the password reset button to have a new password sent to you. You have 24 hours to use the magic link.
If this does not work, contact your Affiliate Manager with your AffiliateID. They will trigger a password reset and a link will be sent to your email address on record.

When I try to log in I get asked for an authentication code

This probably means that you are trying to log in with a different email address than the one you registered with.
Make sure that you use the correct one, or contact your Affiliate Manager if you are still struggling.
Ensure you have your AffiliateID on hand. Your AffiliateID is used in almost all communication to you, it’s a 4 or 5 digit code that uniquely identifies you in our system.

Why was my application denied?

It is possible that your application was denied because you didn’t add your website details in your application.
If you did provide your website details, make sure that your website doesn’t contain any placeholder text (Lorum ipsum…).
